Right To Work compliance checks require us to have sight of your documents so that we can be sure that all is in order. Following on from the changes to right to work procedures on 01/07/2021 issued by the Home Office, we are having to update our compliance accordingly in order to maintain our high level of compliancy and service.
As a payroll provider, we will now only hold statutory excuse for a candidate’s right to work from the date that we had received the relevant documentation proving their right to work in the UK. We will only be able to process payment for work completed from the date that they had cleared our compliance procedures. Failure to provide the documents in time for us to do our checks may result in payment being unable to be processed.
Going forward we ask that you do not accept and/or start an assignment until you have cleared our Right To Work process to prevent any disappointment in our inability to process backdated pay.
