Customer Services Advisor – Full time (Part Time Considered)
Are you looking for a career that offers job satisfaction, work variety and interaction with co-workers and clients? This is your opportunity to join a motivating team at a great reputable company.
ePayMe provides an outsourced payroll service to agencies and clients, processing payroll for thousands of contractors on a weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis.
The role? Well, it’s down to you to make sure our clients and contractors have a good impression of ePayMe and make sure that every person you speak to is happy with our service and provide help and advice where you can. The main part of the role is interacting with clients and contractors by answering queries and providing information. You will do this on the telephone and via email.
You will be responsible for managing and upholding our brands reputation in the industry through your interactions with our clients and contractors. Delivering an excellent standard of customer service is paramount to what we stand for. You will be helping our clients with their queries and offering sound advice based on your expert knowledge. You will be keeping your finger on the pulse where legislations and rules relating to payroll are concerned.
The nitty gritty details… Normal working hours are from 09:00 – 17:30, Monday to Friday. Like in any business that goes out of their way for their clients, you may occasionally be required to work longer hours, depending on workload.
The good and the bad (we are honest folk after all). This role has lots of highs, as you will be helping people and, on the whole, there is a really nice client base. However, when customers complain, they can be a little bit mean, although it won’t be your fault, you can probably expect to hear about it anyway. Ultimately, you will be dealing with the general public, and they are all human beings with stuff going on, just like the rest of us. How we manage these situations and help the best we can, will be key. Sometimes, your strongest critic becomes your biggest advocate and that is something we strive for here at ePayMe.
What’s next? If you are still reading this and are interested, friendly, patient, keen to learn, think on your feet, want to help, have good IT skills and are good with numbers, please APPLY NOW.
