As part of this, we are making our new Benefits Portal a permanent fixture as the response has been great. Through this easy-to-use portal, you will continue to benefit from improvements to the following:-
- Access to your e-Payslips, P60s and Pension link in one place.
- A great interface with an easy-to-use friendly menu.
- A remember me facility for login details & password (including an eye to view your password)
From a wellbeing perspective there is immediate access to:-
- 24-hour access to an online GP, for you AND your family, who can diagnose through phone, Skype, and Facetime, if necessary, prescriptions service also available when necessary.
- Private Medical – estimations and access
- 24-hour Help lines 7 days a week confidential Emotional Counselling (EAP) and other support Help Lines
- Discounted Gym memberships and joining fees.
- Access to great Healthy Recipes and Keep Fit advice and videos.
Also leading benefits that include an online discount portal with household names such as:
- Sainsbury’s, Tesco’s & Asda
- River Island, New Look & Matalan,
- Premier Inn, Hotels.com
- Pizza Hut, Toby Carvery & Miller and Carter

It additionally provides us with a new means of communications with you, the employees, meaning we can keep you up to date with what’s happening internally and receive feedback, as well as keep you informed on new offerings we have arranged for you.
To facilitate this, we would like to inform you that as of 08/04/2024, some of our payroll administration is being provided by LWM Solutions, which is an Employment Services Provider. You will be paid under ePayMe Rewards, where your contract will be transferred. Your PAYE Reference will be supplied in due course.
Please do be aware that all your statutory employment rights, remuneration and payroll have NOT been affected in any way including, without limitation, all your accrued and existing rights such as holidays, length of service, maternity/paternity pay and leave. We will remain entirely responsible for all your day-to-day management and supervision, so you will feel very little from the change other than the great discounts, EAP and admin portal you’ll continue to have access to courtesy of ePayMe.
