SUBSCRIPTION TERMS & CONDITIONS
ABOUT THE AGREEMENT
References to ‘you’, ‘your’ and ‘yours’ are references to the individual temporary worker as named on the Contract of Employment.
References to ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ are references to ePayMe Limited referred to on the Contract of Employment registered in England under no. 09921785, and whose registered office is at Basepoint Business Centre, 377-399 London Road, Camberley, Surrey, GU15 3HL. The “Subscription” means the subscription agreement entered into between you and us, which incorporates the Contract of Employment and it’s clauses herein.
Margin
The “Margin” means the amount deducted from the Gross Contract Rate agreed on the assignment schedule for processing undertaken by ePayMe Limited for the supply of payroll. This is in advance of the supply and prepaid on an annual basis.
1. DURATION
1.1 The “Subscription Term” is for the period of 39 consecutive weeks from the first paid date.
1.2 The Subscription period includes all supply of payroll during this period.
2. FEES
2.1 We have the right to review and increase the Subscription Fee at any time. We may implement an annual review of the Subscription Fee at the end of the 39 week period.
(A) The review of the Subscription Fee will not affect you during the 39 week term.
(B) You may opt not to renew the subscription at any time after the 39 weeks terms has expired.
3. YOUR OBLIGATIONS
3.1 You agree to pay the Subscription Fee and other applicable charges;
3.2 This is in addition to the issued Contract of Employment;
4. TERMINATION BY EITHER PARTY WITHOUT CAUSE
4.1 Should your employment end prior to the end of the Subscription Term we will not make a refund of the Subscription Fee or any part of it.
5. VARIATION OF TERMS
5.1 We reserve the right to vary these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in connection to the management, supply and operation of payroll.
6. PERSONAL INFORMATION
6.1 We use the personal information (including banking details) you provide to us in deciding whether to accept your subscription application. That information, and any other personal information you provide to us, is collected and processed by us so that we can provide you with our services and handle your requests.
6.2 We also collect use and process your personal information (other than your banking details) to monitor and analyse our business, and for marketing and communication purposes in connection with our products and services, subject to your consent.
7. GENERAL
7.1 We may transfer any of our rights and liabilities under the Agreement. We will notify you of any such transfer.
7.2 This Agreement is to be used in conjunction with the Contract of Employment and any assignment schedule issued and is not meant to supersede or replace such documents.
7.3 The Agreement is governed by English law.
