New Business Consultant
Position: New Business Consultant
Location: Wokingham, Berkshire
Reporting to: Business Development Director
Salary and Commission: TBC
We are currently looking for a New Business Consultant to join our busy, friendly team at ePayMe situated in Wokingham, Berkshire. ePayMe provide accounting services specifically designed for contractors and recruitment agencies.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Call new potential business and explain ePayMe and the benefits of working with us and the pay models we offer.
- Obtain & collect all information from agencies and contractors; upload onto our CRM system, ensuring all dates / conversations are recorded and the next action date is logged.
- Produce and manage a pipeline of any new and potential business. This will involve what the next steps are and the probability of registering the agency and their contract workers. This will be discussed with your manager and presented to the Managing Director during every sales meeting.
- Aim towards and achieve weekly and monthly targets set.
- Understand the process of payment and the agency requirements, making sure we have all the correct and relevant paperwork to proceed and remain compliant with HMRC regulations.
- Schedule calls on specific dates to existing agencies.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Take part in weekly sales meetings and discuss the sales pipeline and potential business in the future.
- Contribute to ideas and plans that will benefit ePayMe and the growth of the business.
Skills & Achievements:
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Flawless verbal and communication skills
- Knowledge of SAGE ACT is preferred but not essential
- New Business Sales and Account Management experience is required
- Proven track record of being in a busy, pressured & target driven environment
- Polite and consultative telephone manner
- Great time management / organisation skills

Customer Services Advisor
Position: Customer Services Advisor
Location: Wokingham, Berkshire
Reporting to: Client Services Director
Salary and Commission: TBC (based on experience)
Daily Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls, take messages, pass on or deal with queries where possible
- Register candidates for payroll
- Scan and save documentation internally
- Post-sales calls to ensure high levels of service
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone or electronically
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Follow up on customer interactions
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Personality
- Delight customers and go above and beyond the call of duty
- Has a knowledge of and empathy towards the customers needs
- Able to communicate clearly, both written and in speech
- Talks in a way the customer can understand
- Works accurately and with eye for detail

Payroll Clerk
Position: Payroll Clerk
Location: Wokingham, Berkshire
Reporting to: Client Services Director/Payroll Team Leader
Salary and Commission: TBC
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Arrange the payment of salaries through the computerised payroll system
- Administer the Statutory Sick Pay, Statutory Maternity Pay and Statutory Paternity Pay schemes
- To process leavers
- Processing of expenses
- Provide advice to employees in relation to pay, Taxation and National Insurance
- To assist in the administration of the company pension scheme
- To complete various forms required by HMRC
Requirements of the role:
- Able to demonstrate experience in a payroll related environment
- Able to demonstrate aptitude of using figures
- Excellent attention to detail and a hands on approach
- You should be confident with the ability to operate in a dynamic environment and able to multitask
- Computer literate with strong Microsoft skills
- The ability to work to tight deadlines

Bookkeeper/ Accountants Assistant
Position: Bookkeeper/ Accountants Assistant
Location: Wokingham, Berkshire
Reporting to: Compliance and Finance Manager
Salary and Commission: TBC
Job Description:
Due to the current growth of the business, an experienced bookkeeper is required for our Head Office in Wokingham.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Recording of all documentation received
- Assisting clients with invoicing, payroll and HMRC submissions
- Checking documents
- Processing and registering new client for Limited Company services
- Assisting with Vat Returns
- Various adhoc duties
- Advice and assistance with all aspects of managing a Limited Company
Requirements of the role:
- Able to demonstrate knowledge and experience with accounts for limited companies.
- Excellent attention to detail and a hands on approach
- You should be confident with the ability to operate in a dynamic environment and be able to multitask.
- Computer literate with strong Microsoft skills
- The ability to work to tight deadlines
The ideal successful candidate will have Free Agent accountancy software, Word and excel skills are also desirable.
