Employment Tribunal – Government plans for the future
The new Tax Year is in full swing and a range of changes have already been implemented. With a rise on the personal income Tax threshold, already been actioned. Onshore Employment Intermediaries : False Self-Employment Government plans for the future
During the 2013 Budget, it was revealed that the Government would be introducing strengthening legislations to prohibit the ongoing use of Offshore Employment Intermediaries, to avoid paying both Tax and National Insurance payments.
